Oh, how I was wrong.

The more I tried controlling my food, my weight, and my body, the worse it got.

I counted calories like a mad woman, I tried all diets under this sun and bought into all kind of toxic beliefs around food, body, and weight.

This is what I really happened:

More weight gain.
Binge eating.
Eating in secret.
Emotional eating.
Body insecurities.
Loneliness.
(Because I’d skip all socializing, because they wouldn’t have the food I was allowed to have on my diet, and because I felt ashamed of my weight.)
Low self-esteem.
Loss of trust in my intuition.
A lack of joy, pleasure, and freedom in life.

My self-worth was determined by how well I ate in a day.

I was super determined to solve my issue and I was prepared to do anything. I researched like crazy… I read gazillion books, followed the advice of nutritionists, doctors. Nothing helped!I looked EVERYWHERE … but inside.

It was because I looked EVERYWHERE … but inside.

Then I decided to let go of everything I know, I followed my intuition, and I started developing different approaches to this problem.

I tested everything on myself. It didn’t just happen in an instant, it took quite a while before I finally figured it all out and put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

But when I did, oh wow! It was such a breakthrough for me.

It felt so wonderful to let go of the yo-yo dieting, overeating, restricting, binging, and counting calories, and be in complete trust with my body WHILE losing weight.

  • First I thought I couldn't afford this program, but then I realized I couldn't afford to go on like I did. Before that, I tried just about everything. But nothing worked for the long term. Trying to be perfect I always restricted my diet and did a list of bad and good foods. With Tiasha's program, making peace with every type of food was a challenge for me, because my head was washed with all sorts of studies about what is healthy and what's not. Homework and audio recordings helped me every week and every day to push it a little more to the edge, even though a lot of times I didn't want to go out of the comfort zone. Can I do it from anywhere?

Definitely! If you have a reliable internet connection, email, and a phone, we’re good. The mentorship can be done from anywhere around the world (and it has!).

Will I lose weight?

Maybe yes. Maybe not. I can’t really say. I can never guarantee weight loss results simply because it’s up to you, and your free will choices. But I can tell you that most people in my coaching programs have lost up to 2 kgs a month just by doing this mindset work, and I’ve never had anyone in my coaching program I couldn’t help. Clearly, it works.

You definitely will release much of the mental baggage that is contributing to your weight, like toxic beliefs and thought patterns, stress, dieting, binge eating behavior, and fear. And because that is exactly what’s blocking your success, weight loss is a clear side effect of clearing all of that, yes.
